Don't forget to buy your 2007 fishing license. I was checked for my license the last two days I have gone fishing (December 30th & January 3rd). Good thing that purchasing a 2007 license isn't something that slipped my mind. I like running into F&G officers in the field because it is usually a good opportunity to pick the brains of F&G officers. Some of them are very friendly and willing to share some great information about areas they cover. Guys that choose to break the regulations won't get away with it for long because the F&G are out looking for violators.

Well, since I just moved back home in October, as much as I want to go fishing, I will probably wait until March so I can buy a resident license. But the heads up was nice, Brian. I have actually forgotten to buy a new license in the past, not intentionally. If I want to gamble, I will do it so there's a chance of winning something at least [

My Dad gives me mine every Christmas. He started this tradition about 5 years ago and we won't let him stop. I told him that I was just going to take the credit card it he tried to stop the tradition.
