Canadian or European nightcrawlers - idahopanfish - 12-01-2006 How do you all feel about these two choices for ice fishing or is there another option? I've never used the european ones. [/black] [black][/black] [black]You can also use wax worms and meal worms for ice fishing. Both work really well.[/black] Another option is to use minnows (dead or alive - whole or just pieces to sweeten up a jig) if that is legal in your area. [signature] Re: [idahopanfish] Canadian or European nightcrawlers - davetclown - 12-02-2006 I dont use crawlers, they freeze in my bucket. and wont fit in my pocket. besides I dont want to make all the anglers jellous.[ ![]() [signature] Re: [idahopanfish] Canadian or European nightcrawlers - Kraizee_Skot - 12-02-2006 [#ff4040]Use wax worms, or meal worms. I prefer the waxies though, but you could also use perch eyes. That works too. Or if legal where you are a nice chunk of perch meat will do the trick.[/#ff4040] [signature] |
