Canyon Lake: Water gin clear; 81-84 degrees; 904.56':
Largemouth are fair to good at daylight along mainlake and
secondary points 15'-25' deep on Carolina rigged Big Pig
creature baits, green pumpkin Terminator Pro Series jigs,
rootbeer-green JDC Strike Grubs and green pumpkin tubes
produce after midmorning.
Smallmouth are fair at night and at first light over rockpiles in 30' on green pumpkin tubes, watermelon Devil's Tongues and JDC Strike Grubs.
Stripers are fair to 5 lbs. trolling Deep Tail Dancers, vertically jigging Pirk Minnows and bucktail jigs along humps in 40+'.
