Got My Electric Motor! - Hunt4BigBucks - 05-09-2006 I finally got a motor, it is a Minn Kota 30 lb thrust, I have one question though, I have heard guys say that you should turn the head of the motor around which make sense to me, how do I do this, does anybody have any tips? I am with you. I have my motor on the back, doesn't seem to drain that much on the battery with it pulling you, also, a lot easier to steer and land fish in front of you (which I like cause I do practise catch and release, so I only raise them for a pix, then they are on their way.[/black][/font] [font "Comic Sans MS"][black]I am stickly fly fishing and I think that is also why I like the motor in the back, specially on windy days.[/black][/font] [signature] |
