Apparently the water has risen, and the fishing has stopped. The father in law went to ladders lake yesterday, and not a bite. I couldn't believe that. From what he said, the water had come up ten fold. I'm thinking that means that the Big Pee Dee river is up now too.
As far as the Little Pee Dee, I haven't been by there here in the last few days, so i'm not sure how it was effected. I know a little rise in depth wouldn't have hurt a bit. It was really low last time I was there. BEWARE in the little pee dee too, because the bottom has changed. Where there was once deep holes, I found there is not anymore. So for all you speed demons, you might want to price the cost of a new outboard, or slow it down until you run through slow with your fish finder a few times.
