After hearing about Marcus's 80 perch day, I headed out to the Charthouse beach from 12 to 3 with my girl. I rigged up a hi/low rig with shrimp. Not as exciting as Marcus's day, but the bite was pretty consistent. Hooking them was another matter. I managed to hook up 5 perch (1 walleye and 4 BSP). Should've used a smaller bait like lugworms. Oh well. It was still a beautiful day out there!
