Can anyone tell me what the "Ogden Special" is I've herd about it in the fishing reports but no onw can seem to tell me what it is.?????

It is a fly that a friend of mine devised to fish the ogden river. I will try and get in touch with him and get a specimin.

I have fished With Jim for over 40 years. it is one of his fly patterns. OLD 35

Yup crazy old Jim uses the ORS all the time.
It is basically a grey serendipity. Very easy tie. I usually tie it with a size 18 or smaller. Body is light hairs ear dubbing wrapped with silver wire, and light deer hair wings.
