ALMOND - CHEESE SAUCE - tubeN2 - 02-01-2006
1 c. Sharp cheese, grated
1 1/2 c. med. white sauce
1/4 c. toasted slivered almonds
Paprika
Mix cheese with white sauce in a small sauce pan. Heat mixture until cheese is melted. Pour over your favorite vegetable. Top with almond slivers.
