I reported a hot barracuda bite last Wednesday, along with a couple of "bruiser" calicos and sculpin limits. We went to the same spot Sunday for 5, 13 inch calicos zero barracuda and baby sculpin up the gazoo. We had live squid, a downhill current and the same 59 degree water. That is what you call fishing.
