I WANTED TO KNOW IF YELLOW PERCH ARE GOOD EATING ?

Yellow perch are an excellent type of fish to eat. They are very comparable to the fillets of Small Mouth Bass, Crappie, Blue Gill and other panfish.
There are many good recipes on the recipe board for them.[cool]

yellow perch are good eats, i got a lake that u can catch a lot, and i mean a lot everyday
i throw most of them back as i just keep the big guys
i even caught a kokanne in the lake before as well as rainbow, skullpin, blue gill, black crappie, white crappies, and bass
its a very good lake to fish all day, ur bound to catch a few differnt fish all on worms

perch tacos anyone?
mix up some taco seasoning with some flour.
dredge the fillets in it.
fry 'em.
roll 'em in a flour tortilla
shredded cabbage or lettuce with some tomato and salsa
