[font "Arial"]BROOKLYN CENTER, MN—In addition to the horrible human toll of Hurricane Katrina is the yet-to-be-determined but certainly catastrophic cost to fish and wildlife, especially as crews continue pumping the toxic floodwaters out of New Orleans and into Lake Pontchartrain and surrounding waters. To help get the ball rolling to repair the damage to Gulf Coast's crucial fish and wildlife habitats, Wildlife Forever has set up a special page on its website requesting donations for fish and wildlife disaster support. The nonprofit organization will match 100 percent of all contributions received for this conservation emergency.
