[font "Arial"]BRAINERD, MN—Minnesota's Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is hosting an open house on Aug. 17 to hear public comments on its proposed restrictions on brook trout harvest on Stoney Brook-a designated trout stream in Cass County. [/font]

In addition to the open house, there will be a 10-day comment period (beginning after the public meeting) during which anglers may submit comments on the proposal via mail or e-mail.
