Oh yea, what a fine watercraft ! I'd actually like to take it out for a spin(I'd leave my gear and tackle ashore). Can you see what's in his hand ? I can't make it out - is it a fish ? In any case, he looks like a person I'd party or fish with - at least I am sure I would enjoy some of his antics and/or inventions.

Necessity is the mother of invention, so I say if the guy went to the trouble to invent such a craft and if it floats and runs, then hats off to him. It does look like it may be a bit unseaworthy though in some rough weather. Maybe he's a good swimmer.
