Salmon Cheese Dip - tubeN2 - 06-23-2005
1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup mashed canned salmon
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1 teaspoon chopped chives
2 cups fresh broccoli florets
Combine cottage cheese, salmon, dill weed and paprika. Stir in yogurt and chives. Serve in bowl surrounded with broccoli florets.
