1 small onion, chopped
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) margarine
1 cup rice, uncooked
1 package frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 cup Cheez Whiz®
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup milk
Sauté onions in margarine; stir in soup and cheese until melted. Add broccoli, including water. Stir in uncooked rice and milk; bake at 350 degrees F for about 25 minutes.
