Brown Rice - tubeN2 - 06-03-2005
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
1 cup uncooked rice
1 can beef broth
1 can French onion soup
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Mix all ingredients together, and bake, covered, at 350°F for about 1 hour.
Stir before serving.
