Yield: 4 servings
6 ounces rotelle pasta
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 envelope Hidden Valley original ranch salad dressing mix
1 (16 ounce) package frozen vegetable medley, thawed
Cook rotelle pasta; drain. Stir in olive oil, salad dressing mix and vegetables. Heat and serve.
