Cod Fish and Shrimp Bake - tubeN2 - 02-11-2005
3 cups milk
3 eggs and salt
2 tomatoes, wedged
Sprinkle of dill
Pinch of pepper
Shrimp
Cod Fish or Halibut steak
Line 13 x 9 inch pan with butter. Put fish in pan. Salt and pats of butter on top. Bake 15 minutes. Mix milk, eggs, and salt together. Pour over fish. Put tomato wedges and Shrimp between crevices of fish. Sprinkle with dill and a little pepper. Bake at 350 F 45 minutes more. Watch carefully.
