Chilled Clam Bisque - tubeN2 - 02-08-2005 6 1/2 oz Can minced clams, undrained 1 c Light cream 1/2 ts Worcestershire sauce 4 ds Tabasco sauce Salt to taste Chopped chives Paprika to taste Blend clams and liquid at high speed until smooth. Add cream, Worcestershire, Tabasco and salt; blend until well mixed. Transfer to large bowl. Refrigerate until well chilled. Before serving, sprinkle with chives and paprika. |
