The LR fleet has really been herding the cows, tho. Setting records for numbers of YFT over 200#. The 2 & 3 day boats have been having some epic rockfishing at Collonett. Not much talk of albies so far. Couple guys did an exploratory last weekend for no joy. Capt. Chris & the Indian will explore at the drop of a hat, tho. [laugh] Fuel prices might make a guy think twice, tho. For sure, tho, if he thinks the fish are there, Capt. Chris will go huntin'. I'm signed up for Pac Voyager 2 dayers in August & October. Hope the tuna come to play. For the present I've had a couple good 3/4 day trips on the San Diego outta Seaforth for Mexican rockfish. Got a limit of toad Boccacio last Sunday. Come on down! He wants to go down to San Dawg for a cow season. Maybe we can get together down there and do some serious fishing.[cool] [signature] |
