9 Peppers; ( green or red, green, yellow)
Yellow & green squash; (optional)
6 Sweet onions; (vidalia would be nice)
Balsamic vinegar
Extra virgin olive oil
Lemon pepper
Garlic powder
2 Or 3 jalapenos; (optional)
Fresh ordried cilantro
