[li]1 - 2 cups chopped fresh tomatoes [li]1 chopped onion1 Jalapeno pepper, chopped finly [li]1 hot banana pepper, chopped finely [li]Lots of fresh cilantro from garden [/li]
(Also can use the green coriander seeds from the cilantro plant) This is garden salsa. Eat it over beans or rice.
