Prep: 10 min. [ul] [li]2 Red Delicious apples, cored and diced [li]1 Granny Smith apple, cored and diced [li]3/4 cup celery, sliced [li]1/3 cup raisins [li]1 Tbs. walnuts, chopped [li]1-1/2 tsp. curry powder [li]1/8 tsp. pepper, or to taste [li]1/3 cup vanilla yogurt[/li][/ul]
Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl and toss. Combine curry powder with the remaining ingredients. Add to apple mixture, tossing gently to coat.
