Prep: 10 min, plus chilling time. [ul] [li]5 ounces soft cream cheese [li]1/4 packet taco seasoning mix [li]2 tsp. milk [li]1 tsp. salsa [li]3/4 tsp. chili powder [li]5 ounces canned refried beans [li]1/3 cup shredded lettuce [li]2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. shredded cheddar cheese, or Monterey Jack cheese [li]1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. green onions, chopped [li]3/4 tomato, finely chopped [li]3 ounces corn or tortilla chips[/li][/ul]
Combine the first 5 ingredients. Spread mixture on a serving tray. Layer the next 5 ingredients. Chill for 1-2 hours. Serve with corn or tortilla chips.
