[size 1]Try this with the chops.

In a small glass condiment bowl (I use a coffee cup) 1/2 cup Balsamic Vinigar, 1 teaspoon dried Thyme, 1/2 of a small white onion puree'd or finely chopped, 2 cloves garlic mashed. Put in fridge over night. Don't marinate the chops in it.

The next day, briskly hand rub the mixture into the chops coating liberally. Again, don't maritnate, let the chops sit 30 minutes. Grill or cook on a raised baking rack in the oven @ 350.

For the sausage, call my Mom and have her make you some sausage gravy and homemade cheddar, jalapeno biscuts for breakfast. I'd give you the recipe but she won't give it to me. She thinks It's the only reason I visit.
