[size 1]well a new record has been set today for the state of michigan,
in Lk St Clair a 48 pound 2 ounce musky was reeled in,
Question is will it be counted in michigans master angler program. because it was caught in canandian waters.

I tried to get a copy of the fish last night, I saw it on the 10'Oclock news detroit channel 2 "fox"
I could not find it...
I dont know the news station in st clair county it may be the same as here.
I am sure it is not official yet. finding a registered scale to handle a fish of that weight will take some doing. the scales in the local super markets only go up to 6 pounds....

not yet.
it hasnt been registered yet. that will take weeks. if it goes for a canada record I dont believe it will be a new record... but still a decent dud... I would be happy with that dud any day of the week....
