Pineview 7/26 - leaky - 07-26-2004
It looks like Sparky and I've found another spot for smallies, a lot closer. Sparky got a lot of swimming today. Thanks to Petty4 for introducing me and Predator for suggesting where to go with my tube. Doesn't have the big uns like Jordanell, I don't think, but it's got some good uns. Lost 2 big guys, 1 straightened my hook, the other just got off. After I figured how to fish it, I finally got about 8-10 in the 11-13 in. range. Fished from my tube without the finder. Now I need to figure out how to fish the brush without getting snagged, shouldn't be difficult. If it was too easy, it wouldn't be as fun!!!

Hey Leaky it does look like he's put on some size sense the last picture you post of him that I seen, (I think you and your grandson were at Pelican). Thats a good lookin pooch, congrats, and he looks easy to get along with too.

Too selfish to have a dog but I think the ESPN2 program on dogs and the reality show type episodes where owners and dogs are trained from 0 and are in competition as to who can be trained best. I ain't decided if it's the humans or dogs! ha ha

Hey leaky, that pup sure is gettin big. I think he's just about ready for his own tube soon. At least you don't have to get him a wet suit, fins, rod holders, fish finder and all the rest of the goodies that are associated with the tubes.
