I'm glad I got in first! Went fishing with Petty at Pineview this am. He was kind enough to take an "old f___t" out in his boat today and put up with my prattle and stuff. The best picture was missed when my camera went on the "fritz". Hopefully he'll post it. We were targeting the smallies and caught some but nothing of size. Need to get some secrets from Predator if he will give em up. Didn't realize how big the population of smallies are there. Looks like I need to try my tube. He (Petty) is a very nice guy that knows all you guys. No wonder. I'll let him tell you about being too nice to some folks in trouble. My comment -------- @#***#*@# young rich kids with "chickies" with no sense of real values. A little rough? Don't think so. But you can rest assured that Petty did the right thing.
Enough of the negative. Had a great time and learned another "hole". Found some more secret lures for smallies. Need to try em out on Largies.

I would like to propose that we schedule a couple of times a month where we can get together and have little "show and tell" sessions on a wide variety of topics. I have already had some requests for jig making and float tubing instruction. We can vote at the end of each gathering as to what we want to cover in the next one, and who will cover what topics. How's that sound?[/#0000ff]
