1 cup ketchup
2 Tbls. grated horseradish
1 tsp. lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in a sealable container.
-Cover and keep refrigerated.
This is an excellent basic cocktail sauce for shrimp, crab, lobster or even crawdads. If you are brave enough, add more horseradish to your liking.
