Ingredients [ul] [li]Peeled shrimp
[li]Mandras curry powder
[li]Light soy sauce
[li]Snow peas
[li]Scallions
[li]Mushrooms sliced
[li]Roma tomatoe (julienne)
[li]Salt and pepper
[li]Olive Oil
[li]Shrimp stock (optional)
[li]Chow mien noodles (par cooked)
[/li][/ul] Directions Heat saute' pan over high heat, add olive oil and curry powder for a moment until it starts to brown. Add shrimp, snow peas, scallions, and mushrooms, toss quickly. Add soy sauce and shrimp stock. Add Chow Mien noodles and coat with curry sauce. Plate and serve immediately.
