Looks like you looking for places to fish for bass in the Boise area. Hell's Canyon, Oxbow and Brownlee are going to be you best bets but some of the other reservoirs in the area offer some decent fishing. I haven't fished Paddock before but here's a few links that might help you.
This fishing report is normally updated about once a month.
