Believe it or not but there are some recipes for a tasty way to prepare your "Bugle Mouth Bass" or "Hillbilly Trout". Also known as Carp. Please use this thread to post some of your favorite Carp recipes.

I just pulled up the Smoked fish recipe thread. There are several different brines listed there. Feel free to use any that suit your needs. Also check the recipe request thread about presoaking for any gamey tasting fish.[cool]

Looks like some great recipes. My question is the bones. Are you preparing in any special way, or are you just cooking and letting everyone pick their own bones out? How big of an issue are they?
