Hi there DrownedDesertRat,
World record 'All Tackle' and 'Line Class' records can be accessed at the IGFA website IF you're a member. $$$$ Googling for each record is possible, but too time consuming.
For State all tackle records go to the different states department of fish and game, natural resources, etc. They usually don't have line records.
Again googling will get you various sites with various formats.

Thanks. I'm not a member of IGFA. I've got the state records list in the 2004 Regulations book. But, like you said, no line class records.
