Vernon water levels - TT600 - 08-03-2025

The satellite photo looks lower than I’ve ever seen before. I wonder if the fish died?

With it just being the beginning of Aug those farmers below are going to be in trouble before their watering season is over.

Looks like the DWR increased the limit to 8. I was surprised it took this long.

I went on Friday. It was the lowest I’ve ever seen. Maybe 3’ deep. And very muddy. But I saw no dead fish. Perhaps with the rain it will start to refill. I caught a few small ones, some accidentally snagged. Visibility has to be less than 6”.

Good to hear there were no dead fish and lets hope this weekend rain can help make a difference.
