BEST OF BOTH WORLDS - richyd4u - 06-09-2025 started off the weekend getting on some bass with the boys, then headed up the mountain to find some solid brookies. I love living where we live, you get the best of both worlds! Came across a few intense isolated T-storms up the mountain with some hail, but it sure had the fish fired up! ![]() ![]() RE: BEST OF BOTH WORLDS - Kent - 06-09-2025 I agree, it is nice to have such a wide variety of fish available to us. RE: BEST OF BOTH WORLDS - Mildog - 06-09-2025 Yes sir, for a desert state we have such great variety! And darn good fishing!! Great bass and beautiful brook trout . Excellent! Thanks...we do live a great part of the country. Glad to have these mountains so close to escape the southern UT heat! RE: BEST OF BOTH WORLDS - joshomaru - 06-10-2025 Nice green fish! I'm guessing you didn't catch it on the long stick though lol Pretty brookie with nice colors for this time of year. I sure appreciate your pics!
