Nice Day - k2muskie - 04-16-2025
Managed 13 Wiper today all released. Nothing huge but fun all the same. Water temp 56°-58°. Trolling 1.5-1.7 mph. 1oz weight clipped 6’ up from lures. #7 hot tail flicker minnow and #7 Berkley clown hit stick. Setback 35-40’. Fishing 19-21 FOW. Marked lots of fish out in the middle and stayed in that area. Breeze kept bugs in check and bugs aren’t bad yet. Haven’t found any Walleye yet had two rods out 65-75’ but no takers down deeper. Was a fun and nice day. Like last trip hardly anyone out only saw 5 other boats.
