First Trip - k2muskie - 04-10-2025
Hit Willard yesterday…started out trolling shallow less than 15’. Didn’t mark a whole lot. Moved out deeper and began marking fish anywhere from on bottom to 5-6’ off bottom…immediately picked up 2 catfish then 2 small 12-14” wiper. Trolling speed 1.4-1.5…one oz snap weight 5-7’ up from lure. Line out 62-75’ trolling #7 flicker minnows firetiger and hot tail perch. Was a beautiful day not many folks were out yesterday…

No Walleye yet…did mark what we believe were walleye hovering bout a 2-3’ off bottom waypointed that area…worked area several times no takers…depth were we got the other net visitors was 20-21 FOW…same with what we suspected were Waldos…
