Homeland Defense Cops Nabbed Fishing - DrownedDesertRat - 03-04-2004
AUSTIN, TX - Five Homeland Defense officers assigned to guard Texas' Decker Creek Power Plant near Austin were recently suspended when they were caught fishing in the plant's lake instead of watching for terrorists.
It's nor suprising the group was eventually caught. Not only had the activity reportedly been going on for a year, but according to disciplinary records, the officers were once seen in uniform cleaning fish they had just caught.

Obviously they caught something because they were cleaning fish there as well. Next time lets put an outdoor reporter there and they can get details as to what they caught and what they were hitting on.
