Subject: 4-H Shooting Sports Leaders & Teen Leaders Workshop
The 4-H Shooting Sports Leader and Teen Leaders Workshop is now open for
registration.
This workshop is April 23-24, 2004 at Kettunen Center. Use workshop #114
when registering on the MSUE 4-H Workshop Registration System. You must
pre-register all participants for a Track. Please list the track in
"Option1".
Please also note the additional fees that are added to all tracks. These
fees are due at the time of registration. Following the workshop, the State
4-H office will bill counties for the additional fees.
The program announcements went out in county mail this morning, so they
should be in your county office by the end of the week.

Michigan delegates to 4-H National Shooting Sports Tournament
Registration information has been sent to counties for 4-H shooting sports
youth interested in making an application to be considered for the Michigan
teams going to the 4-H National Shooting Sports Tournament in Columbia,
Missouri this June 2004. Applications need to be submitted by March 26,
2004. We have a relatively short turn around time this year. We want to be
able to determine who the delegates are and make those confirmations so that
youth still have some time to do fund raisers if they need to in order to
help fund the trip. There are no dollars available to help support this
event.
Please let me know if you did not receive the information. It would have
been sent out to counties last Friday.

The dates were not correct in the program announcement that went out to
counties last week for the 4-H Shooting Sports Leaders and Teen Leaders
Workshop. This workshop will take place April 23-25, 2004 at Kettunen
Center.
The on-line copy of the program announcement has been corrected. If you
would like a corrected copy of the program announcement please let me know.
