you can still buy them over the counter no limit, just have to get permission from home or land owners in Mantua. I think the hunt will go until some time in Feb. My friend has been going up with friends and family and shooting them, mostly hens though but still. I understand it is fairly easy to aquire permission, you are hunting the birds in the city limits.
