A question on northern Indiana - Tin-Can - 10-09-2019
I was stationed for 9 months at Grissom AFB (old Bunker Hill NAS) back in 1985-86. We fished a couple times at a river that if I remember correctly was north-east-ish from the base. I can't remember the name of the area or the river, but one trip we caught lots of Stripped Bass (I think). And one trip we got skunked, but I watched an older gentleman fight and finally land a quite large, what looked like a grey catfish, but it had a long kind of flat, kind of pointy nose like a swordfish but without teeth along the edges. He told me what it was, but now I can't remember.
