Fall turkey hunt - hogstalker - 09-05-2019
Is anyone else perplexed about the Northern private lands only hunt.Just seems odd that later in the description it says it includes all lands within the boundary both public and private.Why then is the hunt titled private lands only. I'm a bit

I went all through the upland game guidebook and cannot find a single reference to northern private land only turkey permits. I know they have private land only elk permits. But the guidebbok shows general season permits for turkeys as fall and spring hunts in the various regions, limited entry turkey hunts in various regions, CWMU permits, Conservation permits and poaching reard permits. Dont know if that helps but that what i found. I recommend calling the region office directly at 801-476-2740.
