Hit Willard North this morning. Was on the water by 0630 . Water temp was 78 in the harbor and stayed close to that everywhere. I was by myself most of the time. 2 boats pulled out of the marina bout 0700 but didnt stay long at all. The water was very calm . Would have liked just a little chop. The fishing was very slow. Even out front of Eagle Beach. Usually do ok there.

All fish was caught on fligs with perch meat. the power squadron arrived in force a little after 10. Time to leave. No skunk so the outing was good.

Those cats can be a great fight. Were you tubin? Did you see any bird action on the water?

Lee, at least it was a beautiful morning!!!! The worst days that I have had out on the water as far as catching goes were still good if the weather was nice. Now on the other hand the days when you don't catch fish and the Weather is bad are the days when I just might have a potty mouth. Glad you did catch a couple kitties.
