All three are fishing pretty good right now. If you are fishing from shore I would go with East Canyon or Rockport. From a boat Jordanelle.

1. East Canyon from your pontoon - easier and nice cruising the shore for SMB. Early is best.
2.Rockport OK in a few spots along the shore - gets windy every day starting around 11 to 1.
3 Jordenelle - more options bigger water lots of boaters to bother you in your pontoon after about 10 am

If you want to catch bigger smallmouth I would go with East Canyon. They have bigger ones from what I have experienced. There might be a little less boat traffic as well! I caught some nice ones there a couple years ago on a drop shot fishing an Aaron's Magic robo worm and a chatter-bait.

Best of luck!
