Mayonnaise
Walleye fillets
Ritz crackers, crushed
Parmesan cheese
Rub mayonnaise over fish. Combine crackers and Parmesan cheese. Roll fish in cracker mixture. Spray grill with nonstick spray or oil. Place fillets on grill. Cook about 15 minutes or until done.
