<br /> The chick has been very rough to us the last 2 weeks with very few KEEPER BITES so we decided to try something different this week. Practiced 2 full days this week trying to find something besides a TRAP BITE.......... We made a short run down lake to are first stop and BAM it was on. In the first 15 min I had 3 small keepers in the boat and then my Partner calls for the NET 4lber ( one of 5 he caught today ) about 5 min later I stick a goodun and after 3 or 4 jumps she comes unplugged emoScratch Keep my head up and 10 min later the good LORD blessed me with are BF 7.95 #. At this point we are feeling Blessed leaving are first spot with 14 - 15 LBS in the well. The rest of the day went just as well as we CULLED several 4# fish, Today was one of my best trip of the year with are best 5 in the 25# range emoToast The key for us today was a simple 4 inch finesse worm DRAGGED SLOW on rocky banks just outside of spawning COVES..........<br /><br />Thanks to the CFF crew for another well run event !!!
