Need info on Rock cliff access. Do they keep the roads in to the camp grounds plowed ? If so, is there a fee to get in ?

When we went there last Friday the road was clear down to the launch ramp. We walked from there but a route (road?) is plowed way down near to where the ice begins. The ramp was very slick, so be careful. I believe you will have to have a State Parks pass. Good luck and have fun.
