Jigging Jaw Jacker Action - Calicanuck - 12-25-2018

Merry Christmas to all the Online Fishing Buddies of the Forum and a very Happy New Year to you all. May you all catch the big one in 2019!

This is my First impression using the Jigging JawJacker for rainbow trout and brook trout. Here you will see the motions delivered to the lure with each of the three jigging wheels, the underwater reaction and how it works above water. I know a lot of guys have been asking me if I have one, if I've tried one and what I think about it. I also see a recent post on it. Well here you go the all new to me Jigging JawJacker and how it works. Hope you enjoy the video. Best of luck on the ice season 2018/19.

Hope you had a great Christmas and your New Year is a great one. Thanks for posting your video, there are some members talking about the Jigging Jaw Jacker, so I will provide them a link to your post, so more can see just how it works.
In your video, you show the ice hole inside your tent, what auger did you use to make overlapping holes like that?

Thanks for sharing the video.

I just used my Normark Finbore III auger. It isn't the greatest for doing this since it has no center pin. The Eskimo Augers like my power auger has a center bit that hold the blade in place allowing you to drill connecting holes. Much easier then what I did with a hand auger.

Thanks for watching! Yeah its a great place to fish. Too bad this is one of the slowest days I had out there and the big ones were not biting. The brook trout in this lake get to 8 pounds and rainbows to 14 pounds. I've caught brookies over 4 pounds and rainbows over 5 personally.

So I assumed the lake was in Canada is that true? Fish sizes are similar to Henry’s Lake in Idaho but the country seemed more remote in your video. Looked like a great area for sure. Thanks. Jeff
