Put in at Soddy around 7am, then headed up to Sale creek, there was bass chasing bait, but could not get them to bite, went into a slough in the area, water was slick, my brother caught 3 on top water, I threw a structure jig but no love, after that went down possum creek & I decided to put on a shaky head, that was the right move! Caught 2 2lbers within 10 minutes, stayed there a while but no more bites, fished in all the sloughs around Soddy's mouth below & across from it I ended up with 6 total all on shaky & my brother 5 ! It's not the best but it was good for me because most of the time I usually do worse like the Saturday before zero!
