Change is coming. I'm excited to see a catch and keep burbot fishery up north. I'm guessing some will be happy about lifting the restrictions on ice fishing at Ririe. I don't fish it but I'm guessing it's a good thing. Changes to the bass regs on the Salmon, Snake and Clearwater rivers will probably be of concern to some. Personally I'll take advantage of the changes and be eating lots of fish tacos next year.
